Dr. Walkers books were so helpful to me that a special section
has been created just to highlight them. Some are listed as out of
print but there are many vendors with used copies still in stock.
While all of his books are worth reading, by far, Fresh
Vegetables and Fruit Juices, is the best of Dr. Walker's books.

considerable help to those who wish to derive the utmost benefit from the
